A bat signed by cricket legend Sir Don Bradman has been unearthed at Chelmsford's County Ground during renovation work.

The bat carries the signatures of the entire 1948 Australian Test side.
The bat and a WG Grace-signed picture was some of the memorabilia found in a cupboard at the club's Chelmsford headquarters.
