Police are hunting two men and a woman who assaulted a member of staff at McDonald's.
The victim was grabbed round the throat during the attack at the fast food restaurant in High Street, Colchester, at 6.30pm on Monday.
One of the men is described as about 6ft tall and was wearing a blue denim jacket, while a second attacker was about 5ft 8ins with a pony tail and was wearing a white fleece jacket.
The woman had blonde hair, a stocky build, was about 5ft 8ins tall and was wearing a denim jacket.
