Heybridge Swifts manager Dave Greene iscalling upon his side to pull together and force their way into the top 12by the end of the season.
When Greene took over at Scraley Road, Swifts were bottom of the leagueand struggling for confidence.
Under his leadership they went on a run of eight wins in ten games anddragged themselves out of danger and towards mid-table.
Greene sees the game against Billericay as another stepping stone.
He said: "Apart from Braintree Town, this is our only other grudge matchand I want to see my lads do well.
"We had a tremendous run earlier in the season and now we want to get thatback. We need to be more consistent. We've won a couple of games recentlythen lost a couple. That really isn't good enough."
Billericay had a good start to this season but have lost their way oflate. With Heybridge trying to gatecrash the upper half of the table,Greene sees the fixture as an ideal opportunity to push on for the lastpart of the campaign.
Greene added: "I'm looking to win five out our next eight games, that willsee us in the top 12. If we can achieve that it will be fantastic. We haveso much still to play for.
"We'll go to New Lodge looking to get a result. I'm taking my team there to win and I don't see any reason why we can't be positive between now andthe end of the season."
Swifts only a couple of injury doubts for tomorrow. Paul Abrahams is struggling with a calf tear, while Nicky Haydon is troubled with a toe injury.Kingsley Banks should return to action.
