The England man gave some expert guidance to Tom Murray (13), at Kingsdown School, Eastwood.

Grayson and county colleague James Middlebrook joined a five-week training scheme at the special needs school.

Richard Wiggins, disabilities co-ordinator for South Essex Board of the county cricket club, said: "We greatly appreciate the players coming to see what we have achieved."
