A former chairman of one of Essex's leading family-run department stores has died aged 85.
The funeral of Thomas Wray Bolingbroke, former chairman of Chelmsford's Bolingbroke and Wenley has taken place at All Saints Church, Springfield Green, Chelmsford.
Mr Bolingbroke, of Hay Green, Danbury, passed away due to old age at St Joseph's Nursing Home, Gay Bowers Road, Danbury, on March 1.
