A pre-school at a Salvation Army hall could close if the building is sold off, it has emerged.

Staff at the Salvation Army Pre-School in Benfleet are furious at the news - which will leave hundreds of parents with nowhere to send their tots.
However, the Salvation Army has said it has to sell the hall for legal reasons governing the use of funds donated to charities.
