Students living near Stansted are being offered a passport to guaranteed holiday work.
Would-be university students are interviewed during their last year at school and successful candidates are offered a two-year 'passport' contract guaranteeing them work as security staff during their summer, Easter and Christmas vacations.
Any student living in the local area is eligible for the scheme.
Nikki Butler, of BAA Stansted Human Resources, said: "BAA benefit through the provision of additional staff during traditionally busy holiday periods.
"Students are offered a minimum number of hours with the opportunity to work for longer periods if they wish.
"They undertake a small amount of training each time they return to keep up with the latest DTLR regulations."
