Ex-Billericay Formula One racing star Johnny Herbert makes his debut for the "factory" Audi team in the Sebring 12-hour sportscar race on Saturday.
He will be bidding to claim the German manufacturer's third consecutive win in the 50th running of this historic American race.
Herbert, 37, has never raced on the 3.7 mile Florida circuit but is aiming to get his racing season off to a flying start at the wheel of the latest 2002-specification Audi R8.
"The Audi team has dominated endurance sportcar racing for the past two years and I aim to keep that record going," confirmed Herbert.
