Tiptree boss Neil Farlie is urging clubs to take advantage of the Jewson League's offer to allow games to be re-arranged because of the FA Vase semi-final.

The Jam-makers clash with premier division rivals AFC Sudbury in the two-legged tie.

And the league have given the go-ahead to allow other teams to watch both contests. It means any premier or first division matches scheduled for Saturday, March 23, and Saturday, March 30, can be moved to the Friday evenings.

Farlie believes clubs should take advantage of this opportunity.

He said: "It's fantastic for the league to have two of their teams playing each other in the semi-finals and I think they've responded in the right way.

"I hope other teams get into the spirit of the occasion and can make arrangements to come and see the games.

"It would be great to get plenty of support and create a really good atmosphere."

Jewson League honorary fixtures secretary Graham Chell said: "We were determined to bend over backwards because it's terrific that Tiptree and Sudbury have done so well.

"Clubs are under no obligation to move their games but there is the scope."

The winners of the tie will meet either Durham City or Whitley Bay in the final to be held at Villa Park on May 11.
