Colchester United boss Steve Whitton is looking for his side to win back some pride against QPR after the U's abject loss at Peterborough.
Whitton commented yesterday: "As a defensive unit we are not doing our jobs well enough and it was relegation form without a doubt.
"We were way below the standards we have set ourselves and I will be looking for a big reaction from everyone before the next game with Queens Park Rangers.
"Everybody has got to win their own self-respect back."
