Staff at Basildon and Southend Hospitals were celebrating today after scoring five stars each in a guide to hospital services across the UK - but a Chelmsford centre fared less well.
The two south Essex hospitals featured in The Mail on Sunday's Good Hospital Guide - which covered every hospital in the country.
