A father has been found guilty of unlawfully wounding a doorman at Tilbury Dock working men's club.
William Brazil, 38, was convicted by a jury at Basildon Crown Court of wounding Chris Pease, a charge he had denied.
Brazil, of Sullivan Road, Tilbury, who claimed to have downed one-and-a-half bottles of vodka that day, was remanded in custody to await sentence on April 8.
