The memories will come flooding back for old pupils of a former Walton School when they see themselves on television.
A black and white cine film, shot by one of the teachers in 1947, will form part of a documentary, being shown on Anglia TV tonight.
The Way We Were charts schoolday memories from across the region.
The film, shot at the former Walton Secondary Modern School, will certainly revive the past for two members of staff and two pupils who appeared in the programme.
Harold Miles and Roy Hipkin, who both still live in the town, will be tuning in to the film, taken by former teacher Mr Groom.
They both remember the punishments which were dished to them as youngsters.
Former teacher Ernest Barrell, who lives in Holland-on-Sea, is seen in the science laboratory.
Mr Barrell only remembers one worrying moment. That was an explosion caused, he believes, by hydrochloric acid and zinc.
The Way We Were also features footage from Cambridge, Hellesdon, Norfolk, and Fakenham Primary School in Norfolk. The programme goes out at 7.30pm
