The Thurrock Adult Community College is planning a week-long promotion of its huge range of courses for all later this month.
It is holding a special celebration of multi-ethnic learning with the intention of opening up learning opportunities for the whole community and celebrate the full range of adults involved in courses at the college.
A spokesman for the Richmond Road, Grays-based college said: "Students study all sorts of courses at TACC.
"Thurrock residents can learn everything from other new languages through to computing, Indian Cookery or even Iyengar Yoga, just to mention a few."
During the week anyone who is interested can call into the college to try out new courses, watch mouth-watering lunchtime demonstrations of food preparation or look at the coursework displays prepared by English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) students.
A special Family Day is planned to launch the week on Saturday, March 16.
The event runs until March 22.
