TWINS Molly and Ellen Williamson certainly made this a Christmas to remember for their mum and dad.
The babies, who were due mid-January, were the first to arrive at Colchester General Hospital on Christmas Day.
Now parents Katy, 27, and Guy, 30, hope to have them home in Long Road, Dedham, for the new year.
"It is absolutely wonderful to have twins but it is very tiring already," said Katy.
"We knew at 12 weeks that we were having twins. It was a complete shock because there have not been twins in either of our families for more than 100 years."
They were the first of eight babies born in the Colchester hospital during Christmas day with Ellen arriving first weighing 5Ib 16oz and sister Molly following at 6Ibs.
