Swifts overcame a half-time deficit to stay on top of the National Cadet League's Southern Conference.
Competitive games are always on the cards when Swifts take on their Hertfordshire rivals and this game was no exception.
Early scores from Louise Robinson, Nikki Braine and Katie Saverymuttu gave the home side a seemingly comfortable margin as they ended the first quarter 14-7 ahead.
But, after stretching this to 21-11 in the second period, a lack of concentration saw the visitors go on a 15-4 run to take a half-time lead at 26-25.
For the second week running, the half-time team-talk galvanised Swifts into action as their pressure defence caused Ware to flounder and led to a series of easy scores.
Nikki Braine, in particular, was in fine form, scoring 16 third quarter points as Swifts outscored their opponents 26-8 to build a 51-34 lead.
The fourth period saw points from Rachael Barrett, Georgina Willmore and Talia Smith helping Swifts to a 70-45 final margin.
