Wickford printers Broadgate, an Investors in People firm which recently hosted a French delegation looking at introducing a similar scheme in France, is getting a world-wide reputation for its skills in that area.
Another delegation, this time from Pretoria, arrived to check the scheme out with a view to doing the same thing in South Africa.
Managing director, Tony Burrows, pictured far right welcoming his guests, said he was pleased Broadgate had been chosen twice to 'fly the flag' as an excellent example of Investor in People practice to foreign delegations, but pointed out that there was more to it than just that.
''I would like to think that these visits are helping to put Essex on the world-wide map, and from it export business would increase as a result,'' he added.
