Scott Robinson, one fifth of pop sensation Five, cut his head open while performing at Wembley.
In August Scott, from Pitsea, returned to Britain from a promotional tour of Asia suffering from exhaustion while in October he pulled out of a gig in Holland when he suffered a bad back.
The disaster-prone singer need stitches to a head wound after he ran into a metal bar during the Wembley gig and was knocked out.
He explained: "We ran off for a quick costume change and as I was sprinting back I clattered my head on this iron bar sticking up.
"I fell back and there was blood pouring out of my head. They gave me three stitches and put me back on stage but it was a bit of a blur."
