More displays have been stolen from the Halstead in Bloom competition bid.
Girls from the 4th Halstead Brownies helped AG Pringle, a design engineering company, plant flowers outside the firm on Broton Road industrial estate.
But thieves loaded the blooms into a truck and drove off.
Adrian Pringle said: "We had a nice planter outside the building but someone drove up in a pick-up truck, unscrewed it and drove off with it."
The theft was captured on CCTV cameras. Police are now studying the film.
He added: "The Brownies were upset because they planted the flowers. Everybody has been trying hard to do their bit.
"It's not the cost - it's the fact someone could come along and do this."
