The wait for a cybercafe in Witham could soon be over.
The finishing touches to the cafe, in Spa Road, are being made this week and surfers could get the chance early next week to have a look at the new equipment.
Dean Russell, one of the businessmen running the cafe, said: "If it all goes to plan we should be up and running on Monday and people are more than welcome to come and have a look around.
"We won't be able to open the cafe officially for another week though because we want to run the system to make sure there are no bugs."
Mr Russell now hopes the grand opening will take place on Saturday, June 24.
The cafe had to postpone its original opening date due to delays installing an ISDN line by BT. The company later offered to pay compensation for the delay.
