Southend bandstand will thrill to the sound of singing on Saturday, June 24.
Southend Choral Society will be joined by Southend Girls' Choir and Epping Forest Band for a concert aptly named Music for a Summer Evening.
The concert starts at 7pm at Cliffs Bandstand, Clifftown Parade, Southend.
The girls' choir will also be presenting their own concert on Friday, June 30 at 8pm at the Plaza Centre, Southchurch Road, Southend.
On July 14 and 15 the girls will join with Southend Boys' Choir for two performances at Eastwood Studio Theatre.
The youngsters will be singing choral favourites and medleys from the West End shows Grease and Oliver. They will also perform part songs, spirituals and solos.
