SENIOR DIVISION ONE
Hatfield Peverel moved out of the bottom three as Palmer's penalty and Windibank's goal earnt them a point, visitors Essex Police's goals being netted by Fallows and Beacher.
Second in the table Frenford Senior entertained Runwell Hospital and Beard's goal sealed a 1-0 win for Frenford.
Kelvedon Hatch travelled to Rayleigh Town looking to join the leaders on points but they missed out when a delightful chip from Sugrue settled a 1-0 win for Rayleigh.
Sandon Royals recorded their sixth win of the season as visitors Ekco First Data lost out to Woodyard's goal.
Shell Club entertainedTakeley and kept their visitors out but also failed to score themselves as the afternoon finished goalless.
SENIOR DIVISION TWO
There were three goals at Barnston AFC where Benfleet were unable to salvage a point, as their goal from Bexhall came too late as Gypps and Wingar goals saw the home side win 2-1 and move up to second spot.
Basildon Town entertained foot of the table Benfleet and got home by the odd goal as two goals from Elsworth were cancelled out by Moorcraft, Reed and Wakeling strikes.
At Mountnessing , the home side netted via J. Henderson but that was their only joy as visitors Hutton won 4-1.
Nortel took on Harold Wood Athletic who hit the target via Gipps and Reeves but lost out as Murray, Zelinski, Lewis and Perrett goals kept the home side's unbeaten record intact.
Port of London hosted Herongate Athletic , who won 3-0, Pain (2) and Walsh the scorers.
White Notley drew 1-1 with visitors Writtle , Grace netting for Notley and Went on target for Writtle.
SENIOR DIVISION THREE
Galleywood played host to high flying Shenfield Association and shared the spoils with the home efforts made up by an own goal and Lunn's strike, while Todd netted both the Shenfield goals.
Laindon Athletic entertained Stambridge and had to settle for a point from a 1-1 draw, when their goal from Ward was cancelled out by Sheering's strike for Stambridge.
Old Chelmsfordians hosted Springfield and drew 1-1, Reilly on target for the old boys while Duke's penalty counted for the visitors.
Foot of the table Ramsden are still seeking their first win, and, despite netting through Bennett, their visitors Great Baddow won 4-1, with goals from Jiggins, Clark, Baker and Gosling.
With just two points separating the top two clubs, Upminster needed a win against third in the table Manford Way to stay in touch and a hat-trick from Nagle saw them win 3-1, the visitors replying via Farrell's goal.
LeadersWanstead Town maintained their unbeaten record when they entertained Chalvedon and scraped through 2-1, thanks to Haskins and Pitts goals, with R. Smith netting the Chalvedon reply.
