PREMIER DIVISION
Relegation rivals Priory Sports and Woodham Town met at Lodge Road and chances came at regular intervals at both ends.
Neil Clarke opened the scoring for Priory after 20 minutes but after Woodham had equalised, the dismissal of Jimmy Cushway before the interval for the use of an elbow didn't help their cause, and Richard Wyatt headed home the winner for Priory.
Coggeshall Town and Springmill shared four goals, Town's Stacey Dawes netting twice and Joyce did likewise for the Mill.
Hutton moved clear of the relegation zone after beating Little Waltham 3-1, and the battle at the bottom is really hotting up, with all the sides involved picking up points since Christmas.
Leaders Heybridge Social maintained their status with a 3-0 win over Old Chelmsfordians , Chris Heasman heading Social in front in the first half.
Heasman scored again in the second half, while Carl Boutwell was also on target to seal the Social win.
DIVISION ONE
Brookhouse beat old rivals Ravens 3-1 to maintain their hopes of a promotion spot, although they are now reliant on those above them slipping up.
Danny Warner netted for the Ravens while Carl Wilkinson (2) and Nicky Cropper were on target for Brookhouse.
RE Social , with goals from Tony Mold, Lee Sonnex and an own goal, beat Writtle 3-2.
Writtle led through Mark Keeling's goal, before RE came back to lead 2-1.
A long-range Vinnie Webster strike pulled it back for Writtle before the own goal, a Lee Sonnex shot hitting Rob Day and cannoning over the goalkeeper and into the net.
Beaulieu Sports beat bottom of the table Little Elms 7-2 to go top, although second placed William de Ferrers have games in hand.
DIVISION TWO
Great Baddow, with games in hand could well be involved in the promotion shake-up, and a 1-0 win at close rivals Hatfield Peverel gives both teams food for thought.
There was a welcome point for lowly Great Baddow Kings Head , Gareth Chittocks their scorer in a 1-1 draw with Springfield while Terling Social moved into mid-table security after beating relegation haunted Three Stars 4-1.
DIVISION FOUR
ECC staff have languished at the bottom all season, but they led high flying Boreham until five minutes from the end, when a Carl Malin equaliser saw the points shared. Dave Cook was also on target for Boreham.
Penerol still have a sniff of promotion, after their 2-1 win at Whitbread Sports , while second in the table Infield needed the points at home to Ravens Reserves to maintain their promotion push, but although Barry Rose scored for Infield, Ravens won 2-1.
