ESSEX JUNIOR TROPHY FOURTH ROUND

Byron Red Star 'B' beat Spence Arms 4-1 with goals from Steve Taylor, Imoh Devonish, Neil Tilly and Gary Victory. Tony Davis netted Spence Arms' consolation goal.

SENIOR DIVISION

Collier Row Colts were beaten 3-2 by Romford Town who scored a late winner through Paul Gilham to add to Tony Cohen and John Moule goals. Jimmy Willis netted both the Colts goals.

DIVISION ONE CUP First ROUND

In a close fought game, Burntwood ran out 3-2 winners over Scotia with Dave Rai (2) and Craig Dearman scoring for Burntwood, and, Darren Boreham (penalty) and Rob Sutton on target for Scotia.

DIVISION ONE

Chris Bassett, Mark Nagle, Keith Atkins and Lee Summers scored for Old Cooperians in their 4-3 win over Blackmore for whom Roy Jugessur (2) and Ross Marder replied.

Roy Smith, Terry Monksfield and Martin Henderson for Broxhill and Lawrence Wiggs (2) and Chris Martin for Hornchurch Athletic were the scorers in a 3-3 draw.

Scott Ballard scored for Gidea Park Rangers in their 2-1 defeat to Mowbrays for whom Paul Carlier and Jamie Trew netted.

Great Danes beat Bentley Alexandra 3-1, Mick Tarling, Kevin Watson and Lee Ellabeck on target for the Danes.

DIVISION TWO

Hutton Community Association were gifted an own goal by Richard Whitehall but went down 3-1 to Essex Arms for whom Chris Boon (2) and Malcolm Radley netted.

Heath Park 'A' beat Pilgrims Hatch 2-0 with goals from Paul Blunden and Mike Gladwin.

Kenilworth entertained Warley Hospital and beat them 4-2 with Rob Stuart (2), Andy Hewitt and Brian Collins scoring for Kenilworth and Andy Moss and Lee Elliott replying for the Hospital.

Barry Harlow (3) and Ken Linwood netted for Serpri and Kevin Drake, Peter Thompson, Bobby Mack and Stuart Hammond for Upminster All Stars in an exciting 4-4 draw.

DIVISION THREE CUP FIRST ROUND

Brentwood Eagles progress to the next round after beating Harwood Rangers 3-0, Carl Lodge, Les Brown and Steve Weathall the scorers.

A Steve Pearce hat trick and a Dave Ward goal gave Delma a 4-3 victory over Spartan for whom Simon Butler (2) and Lee Austin scored.

DIVISION THREE

Spall Sports beat Herongate Athletic 5-2 with Graham Webster (2), Martin Smith, Dave Wright and Steve Patterson netting for the Sports. Paul King and Stuart Minchin scored the Herongate goals.

A Tom Johnson hat trick gave leaders Lion Athletic a 3-2 victory over Swan Athletic .

DIVISION FOUR CUP FIRST ROUND

Doddinghurst Olympic, with Alex Wright (2), Mark Fitzgerald and John Lamb goals, beat Hendersons Sports 5-0.

Robert Lindsay scored a consolation goal for Hollands who went down 5-1 to Claremont for whom Billy Dobson (2), Pete Morgan, Andrew Ballard and Danny Willis (penalty) netted.

Ongar United and Warley Stars must replay after playing out a goalless draw.

DIVISION FOUR

Steve Everson's goal helped Kingfisher Athletic to a narrow 1-0 success over Mountstone.
