Best by a long throw - that's Tony Gilbert.
The 17-year-old, of Rye Mill Lane, Feering, has acquired a reputation as the owner of the fiercest throw in the Colchester Youth League.
Tony, who plays for Feering in the Ke-Connect League when he is not on duty for Kelvedon SC's under 18 side, can hurl the football a remarkable 120 feet - that's 36.6 metres.
According to manager Martin Hopwood, with that sort of missile he can cause panic among defences when he steps up to take a throw-in from anywhere in the opponents' half.
Tony's current best is not quite up to the 46.34 metres recorded by Tranmere's Dave Challinor which has earned a place in the Guinness Book of Records.
But we believe it could be the best in Essex - unless you know better.
