Mum Susan Hambling dreams of seeing her daughter Jane walk like any other little girl.
She is hoping world-renowned treatment in eastern Europe could boost the nine-year-old even more in her battle against crippling cerebral palsy.
Last year Jane received treatment at London's Peto Institute. A two-week intensive treatment course costs about £700.
Jane has already made incredible progress since her first therapy session five years ago and is set to return to London in February.
But now the family, from the Chelmsford area, are set to go one step further.
They are launching a new appeal to send Jane to the original Peto Institute in Budapest, Hungary.
Treatment there is on a more one-to-one basis and Jane's family think it would be better for her.
Jane, Mrs Hambling and her husband Ricky are hoping to travel to Budapest for a month in October - and they need help to raise £4,000 for the trip.
Mrs Hambling said: "When she first started going she could not walk at all. Now she walks with two straight sticks and we hope one day she'll walk unaided."
The extra-special physiotherapy that Jane receives at the Peto Institute improves her mental attitude as well as her physical condition, said Mrs Hambling.
She added: "The treatment gives her confidence. They try to do the physio along with schooling as well as they can.
"Jane has cerebral palsy in her legs and her right hand so they get her to do painting with that hand."
The family, including Jane's two brothers James, 16, and 21-year-old Danny, are hoping to raise the cash through raffles, sponsored events and a whole range of other fundraisers.
