Heybridge Swifts continue their fight against relegation from the Ryman League premier division tonight when they take on in-form St Albans City at Scraley Road.

City, who are second in the league, are set to feature in their line-up former Swifts favourites Ashley Vickers and John Pollard.

The Swifts, who yesterday landed a home draw in the FA Trophy fourth round against either Purfleet or Newport (IOW), have captain Ben Lewis suspended, while Sean Caton (ankle) and Alex Fiddes (knee) are both injured.

In division two Witham Town face a very tough task when they travel to one of the championship favourites, Hemel Hempstead.

Amazingly, Witham beat Hemel at Spa Road earlier in the season to record their first win of the campaign.

But Hemel - who have former Colchester goalkeeper Tamer Fernandes in their squad - are smarting after their defeat by Wivenhoe on Saturday and it would be a miracle if Witham got anything from the game.

In the Eastern Floodlight Competition, Halstead Town entertain Tiptree United at Rosemary Lane.
