Heybridge Swifts have confirmed the appointment of caretaker manager Liam Cutbush into the post on a permanent basis.
Cutbush, 33, retired from playing earlier this season having made 131 appearances as a left back during three spells with the club.
Results have improved since he took over, with the club now looking good bets to avoid relegation from the Ryman league premier division and making progress in the FA Trophy. Swifts have won seven out of their last 11 games.
