Mersea Rugby Club are looking to book a place in the quarter-finals of the Tetley Bitter Vase.
Standing in their way are fifth round opponents Surrey division two's Old Wellingtonians.
Mersea will again have home advantage, so far they have not been draw away in the competition.
The club's Jon Williams said: "You need a bit of luck in cup matches and to be drawn at home again is great. Old Wellingtonians are a very fit and very fast side.
"We don't know if we want the weather to be dry or wet. We normally like it to be dry and firm as we tend to be one of the fitter sides and like to run the ball out wide.
"But we will probably have the larger forwards, and if they like to run the ball we may have to hold it in up front. And if it's wet then that will be to our advantage.
The match will kick-off at 1.45pm.
