Fernandez opened the scoring for Billericay in Saturday's match at the Hedley Walter School in Brentwood, with a well-timed strike.
A deft flick from James Wright guided the ball inside the post for the second.
Billericay ended the half on a high with Simon Rattenbury fashioning a superb individual goal, the first of Rattenbury's hat trick of goals.
Billericay's defensive play was outstanding, Richard Mothersole and Richard Hadley being calm and assured, and this gave left back Daniel Hadley the confidence to surge forward and initiate attacks.
George Kallarackal then swept the ball into the Havering net, following a well worked short corner routine, to round off a deserved victory that keeps Billericay as the divisional leaders.
