Kevin Michaels (2) and Lee Sheldrick were the Byron Red Star 'A' scorers when they beat Romford Town 3-0 .

Elm Park with goals from Frank Whiffen and Andy Crispin went down 4-2 at home to Harold Hill who netted through Lee Smith, Andy Shelvey, Lee Blackshaw and Bennett.

Prince Albert came from behind to overcome King Harold 5-2 with goals from Gary Louatt (2), Geoff Haffner, Tony Aidoo and a Tony Gagern own goal. Kelly Hughes and Karmal Bhabra were the King Harold scorers.

Division One

Ross Marder scored for Blackmore in their 3-1 defeat at home to Mowbrays .

Gidea Park Rangers saw off Burntwood 3-1 with goals from Craig Bristow, Dave Smith and Adam Cutler with Steve Rothon replying.

A Mike Withers own goal helped Old Cooperians to a 4-3 victory over Hornchurch Athletic .

The other Cooperians scorers were Dave Baines, J Philips and J Hills with Gary Wilson, Keith Wilson and Lee Hutley netting for Hornchurch.

Division Two

Pilgrims Hatch recorded their First win of the season by beating Hutton Community Association 3-2 with goals from D Little, N Ward and Jones. Geoff Curd and Kevin Cucumbers replied for Hutton.

Goals from Barry Brooks, Dave Weller, Bradley Dack and Eddie Monaghan gave Serpri their first win of the season when beating Warley Hospital 4-2 for whom Barry Coldham scored twice.

Steve Myers netted a consolation goal for Kenilworth who were thrashed 10-1 by Thorndon Park 'A' for whom Bradley Chuck (6), Ricky Hazell (2), Terry Hazell and an own goal, were the scorers.

Upminster All Stars beat Spence Arms 4-2 with James Lock, Steve Peters, Kevin Drake and Peter Thompson netting and Simon Woodward and Tony Davis replying.

Division Three

Swan Athletic continued their unbeaten record after beating Herongate Athletic 2-0 with goals from Gary Deavin and Matt Carter.

In a close fought game, Lion Athletic beat Brentwood Eagles 3-2 with Tom Johnson (2) and Chris Hogg netting for the Lion and Terry Allen and Steve Weatherall for the Eagles.

Division Four

Doddinghurst Olympic suffered another defeat, losing 4-1 at home toHollands.

John Lamb scored for Olympic while Mark Ray, Jason Caroll, Robin Lynn and Micky Pascall goals made up the Hollands tally.

Chris Hilare scored four goals, Phil Gable, two, and Micky Shea and John Parkins one apiece for Hendersons Sports who thrashed Thorndon Park 'B' 8-1 with Aiden netting the Park's consolation goal.

Leaders Warley Stars remain unbeaten since September after they beat Mountstone 6-1, with goals from Wayne Smith, Danny Ball, Ray Smith, Colin Falkhark, Darren Madle and Dave Wright.

Saffron Archer netted the Mountstone goal.

Ongar United overcame bottom of the table Claremont 2-0, Ian Prince and Darren Thurley the scorers.

Spall KnockOut Cup Second Round

A hat-trick from Chris Ings and two Adam Finney goals gave Essex Arms a comfortable 5-0 victory at Spartan .

Essex Junior Cup Second Round

Havering Nalgo progressed to the next round after beating Broxhill 4-2 after extra time, with goals from Darren Hitchcock (2), Wayne Gannon and James Aveling.

Division One Cup

Scotia gained their first win of the season when beating Great Danes 4-0, Matt Whicker (2) Boreham and Ager the scorers.

Division Three Cup

Heath Park 'B' caused a surprise when beating Byron Red Star 'B' 6-0 with goals from Chris Wolff (4), Tony Simmons and Adam Gould.
