Youngsters had fun in the sun when they learned how to make their own puppets at a special workshop in Hadleigh.
John Burrows Recreation Ground, in Rectory Road, was full of noise and excitement as the puppets came to life in a number of plays put on by the children.
Youngsters aged between eight and ten took part in the workshops which were run by Castle Point Council.
