Swifts continued their impressive pre-season form with an excellent win over Leyton Orient on Tuesday.
Swifts took the lead in the 17th minute when Dave McCory nipped in and slotted the ball home from close range.
Seven minutes later the sides were level when a superb free kick from Dave Parsons left Swifts goalkeeper Kingsley Banks stranded.
Swifts were soon back in front when in form Nicky Simpson squared the ball for Simon Parker to stroke a shot just inside the far post.
After the break Parker sped through the O's defence to score Swifts third goal and his second.
The scoring was complete when Alex Fiddes' fierce cross from the right beat the Orient goalkeeper and he couldn't prevent it from sneaking high inside the near post.
With 17 players used, everyone has been given a fair chance to impress Swifts manager Robbie Nihill before he and his assistants sit down this week and finalise their first team squad for the start of the new season.
Swifts had a comfortable 3-0 win at Wivenhoe Town last Saturday, thanks to a Nicky Simpson hat-trick in another solid show.
