All things bright and beautiful are pulling in the crowds at a street in Pitsea.
One garden in particular has been the focus of much attention since owner Jim Holt planted a few seeds.
The small front yard, in Malgraves, Pitsea, is now bursting with colour with hanging baskets and plant pots aplenty.
Mr Holt, 80, is proud of his garden and the attention it brings.
