Giving a lick of paint to the benches on the pier is all part of a day's work for this merry band of women.
The seasonal workers are ensuring life on the pier and foreshore runs smoothly this summer by helping visitors and undertaking basic maintenance jobs.
Once all the seats have been repainted, work will start on the noticeboards and shelters.
