George Burley is sending a virtually full-strength Ipswich Town team into battle against Dutch side FC Twente at Portman Road.

Town are playing their last big friendlyon Saturday before the season kicks off next weekend against David Platt's Nottingham Forest at Portman Road.

Burley has reported no fresh injury worries after Tuesday evening's win over Peterborough United.

But Jim Magilton, Adam Tanner and Marco Holster continue to be absent through injury.

Influential Northern Ireland midfielder Magilton is the club's major injury worry and looks set to miss the start of the season.

But Matt Holland and Mark Venus suffered no reaction to their return from injury on Tuesday and should both play tomorrow.

Fans will get a first chance to see new £500,000 signing Jermaine Wright, who will be making his Portman Road debut.

And Dutch winger Romeo Wouden, who is on trial at Ipswich, should get another chance to shine.

Meanwhile, Burley is set to get a final verdict on the transfer of a mystery Swedish defender next week.

He has made a bid for the player, thought to be Helsinborgs' Andreas Jakobsson, and will find out soon if it has been accepted.

Burley said: "We've put in a bid and are waiting to hear from them. We will probably find out next week."
