Ipswich Town have been hit by a plague of injuries just a fortnight before the start of the new Division One campaign.
Jim Magilton, Matt Holland, Adam Tanner, Mark Venus and Marco Holster are all causing worries ahead of tonight's friendly at Peterborough United.
Magilton picked up a thigh injury which caused him to miss the matches against Gefle and Giffarna Sundsvall on the club's Swedish tour.
And Tanner has suffered a setback in his bid to recover from a summer knee operation after swelling developed.
Other worries include Holland and Holster (both ankle) and Venus (toe), although he could play tonight.
Meanwhile Town manager George Burley has decided not to bring back Swedish striker Jonas Axeldahl for an extended trial with the club.
And he is rumoured to have put in an offer for a mystery Swedish defender, whose identity is being kept a secret at the moment.
