Pupils at Feering Church of England Primary School have won the use of a coach and driver for a whole school year, a prize worth £5,000 - thanks to This Is Essex partner the Evening Gazette.
Parents and pupils were judged the winners of our Windmill Coaches competition after cutting out a staggering 818 vouchers from the Gazette.
They were judged to have sent in the largest number based on number of vouchers per pupil.
Deputy head teacher Stuart Jones said the 48-seater, courtesy of the Colchester-based coach firm, would make a huge difference to the school.
"The advantage is more first hand experience for children on trips away," he said.
Overall 15,422 vouchers were sent in from more than 20 schools and we thank everyone for entering. Mr Jones added the difference would also be felt financially with only the admission prices to worry about now and thanked parents and pupils for cutting out so many vouchers.
"It will mean more museums and places of interest and special parks, I know the children are already talking about Easton Farm Park in Suffolk," he added.
