Talent oozed from a Basildon nightspot as locals battled it out for a dream trip.
Five local singers took to the stage of Jumpin' Jaks bar, on the Festival Leisure Park, to be in with a chance of scooping the top prize.
The park management put together an attractive prize for the winning artist - a £500 holiday voucher plus a spot on the Jaks circuit, touring the company's venues. The contest heats have taken place each Monday since June 7 to lead to the line up of five finalists.
A panel of judges, plus the audience had the job of picking the eventual winner.
