Ingrebourne's mixed netball team, representing Havering at the London Youth Games, stormed to victory at Crystal Palace.
They won all seven of their qualifying matches to meet Sutton in the quarter finals.
Having disposed of Sutton 7-2, Ingrebourne met up with old rivals Newham.
This proved to be a more difficult game, and went to extra time before GS Lois Lomas scored the goal of the tournament to clinch Ingrebourne a 4-3 win, and put them in the final to face Ealing.
This again was an easier affair with Ingrebourne (Havering) storming to a 7-2 victory -- the third time they have won the London Youth Mini Games.
Both goalshooters were in fine form, scoring 46 goals between them, with Lois Lomas passing her 400 goals for the season in the quarter finals.
Steven English was dominant in defence, wile James Jenkins also made some vital interceptions.
GA Sarah Brooks played well on court, linking with WA Ronnie Mitchell while captain Stacey Turner was named the player of the day.
She ran endlessly and inspired her team by her total commitment and it was a superb team performance.
The Ingrebourne team was Lois Lomas, Sarah Brooks, Ronnie Mitchell, Stacey Turner, Cheryl Mills, James Jenkins, Steven English, Ricky Johns, Michael Gorov and Becky Sears.
Lois Lomas, who scored her 400th goal of the season during the London Youth Games Tournament at Crystal Palace.
