Tears were shed as the family and friends of Soho nail bomb victim Andrea Dykes gathered to pay their last respects.
A special mass was held on Wednesday at a Colchester Catholic chapel before Andrea's funeral on Thursday at St Mary's Church, Wivenhoe.
Andrea's coffin was carried into St James The Less and St Helen chapel in Priory Street after mourners had gathered for a service conducted by Father Paul Fox.
Andrea's husband Julian was returning to the church where the sweethearts, from Taragona Mews, Colchester, married two years ago. The funeral service was conducted by Rev David Thomas who also carried out their wedding ceremony.
Andrea, 27, who was four months pregnant with the couple's first child, was killed in the bomb blast at the Admiral Duncan pub on April 30. Julian, 26, was seriously hurt in the attack which also killed two of their friends.
