In the ever popular "Constable Country" five-mile race at Stratford St Mary, Tiptree Road Runners turned out in force and Malcolm Bailey led the 'Reds' with a good effort to finish just outside the 31 minute mark.
Deb Childs produced another personal best and for the juniors in the fun run, Natasha Duffield was the third girl to finish and was first under eight.
Her brother, Philip Duffield, was the first four-year-old to finish the course.
At the Colchester 10k Road Race on Sunday, Tiptree's Mabon Dane represented the club well with a good run to finish inside the top ten and just missing a sub 38 minute time in 0.38.12.
At the Springfield 18 Mile Trail Run on Sunday, Malcolm Bailey rounded off a busy weekend's racing with a good effort.
He just missed the three hour barrier to follow Alan Fisher, who made certain of a sub three in another of the popular series of trail runs:
Alan Fisher ran 2:59:00 and Malcolm Bailey 3:03:00.
