Two new stores are opening at Clacton Common's factory shopping outlet.
Jo Kids, selling clothing for young children and Roman Originals, selling women's separates and casual wear, will open their doors over the bank holiday.
Ladies fashion store Jacques Vert has signed a deal and will be opening in the next few weeks.
With the opening of Price's Candles soon there will be just one unit left to rent out of the 50 on-site.
Deputy manager Rachel Fryer said: "We're delighted with how well the centre is doing. Visitor numbers are on target to reach two million in the opening year."
The site will be open until 7pm from Monday to Saturday.
Clacton Common has taken delivery of a new open-top bus which will operate on a new route, replacing the Cloes Lane and Bockings Elm stops with ones at Burcart corner at Valley Road.
