The Grenfell Pre-School at Billericay has two new tricycles, thanks to a donation from petrol giant Shell.
Joan Miles, who runs the nursery, will use the rest of the £350 donation to buy a new panel for the home corner, new tracks for the model railway and some staff training.
One of the pre-school parents, who works for Shell, helped secure the cash.
