The fans call him psycho, the players nicknamed him Bam Bam but Richard Naylor wants to be known as Ipswich's goal hero.
Naylor scored as a substitute against Sheffield United in the last regular game of the season and had a wonderful chance when he came on as a late replacement for David Johnson at Bolton.
Now he wants the chance to make up for that miss.
He said: "I want to make amends and score the goal that gets us to Wembley. The chance for the goal came at me a bit early after I had come on as sub and I wasn't quite up with the pace of the game.
"I was clean through and for a split second I thought about going around the keeper like I had against Sheffield the week before.
"But the keeper was out to me me much quicker so I thought I would try and push it past his legs but he made an execellent save getting his hands down to it."
Naylor's rumbustious style has made him popular with supporters and team-mates alike. The Yorkshireman has hit five league goals in 19 substitute appearances and ten starts for Town this season.
And even though David Johnson has failed to deliver in seven games Naylor is likely to only get his chance coming off the bench.
