Youngsters at a dance school proved they had the right stuff when they earned special dance awards established to commemorate the life of Diana, Princess of Wales.
The Starlight Dance Works of Thundersley put forward 31 young dancers aged between three and seven for the Rose Award.
Helen Havis, school principal, said 29 of the students received a pass with distinction, the highest mark available, and the remaining two students received a pass with honours.
She said: "All the girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves during their exam and worked very hard. I was nearly as nervous as they were. I had to go in with them and conduct the exam.
"However, none of them seemed nervous while showing the examiner for the British Theatre Dance Association their exercises, which they all demonstrated beautifully."
