Six Braintree BMX Club's riders made the journey to Norwich on Sunday for the second round of the Summer Series.
Steven Sewell once again proved how strong a contender he is in the eight year old class with a trio of second placed in the motos.
He then gave a tremendous extra effort in the final to win from nearest rival Stuart D'Archambaed and earning himself a well deserved "Rider of the Day" award.
Ryan Everitt, 14 was the Club's next best achiever with some determined riding after being forced off the track in the first moto, falling back to fifth place.
He made amends with two second places and an excellent performance in the final to also take second in that event.
Alex Humphrey was in the same races and managed a sixth, two fourth places and a similar place in the hard fought final.
Consistent results from the other Braintree riders saw Matthew Sewell, 6, take the sixth place in all his four events.
Katie Roberts, 8, rode well to take seventh places in all her races and her brother Jonathan, 10 , was among some stiff opposition and had to settle for seventh place in all his motos and eighth in the final.
The next round of the Series takes the Braintree riders to Ipswich on Sunday, May 23.
