The threat of rain failed to stop more than 20 scooters turning up for a rally in Witham.
The event was organised by the Victorians Scooter Club, which was formed eight months ago and meets at The Victoria pub in Witham.
When the club first began there were just five scooters involved, but organiser, Dave Baldwin said at Saturday's event many more than that had turned up.
Members of The Prize Guys Scooter Club also showed their support for the rally along with a few other interested scooter owners from the area who do not belong to a club.
Now the club is planning to host a number of other events throughout the summer.
The Victorians meet every first and third Wednesday in the month. For more details telephone 01376 517154.
