Witham ended their season with a draw, their 15th of the season, and after a good end to the season, ended 16 points clear of the relegation zone.
It has been a difficult season for the Town but it ended on a high note.
Both goalkeepers were in action early on with Marlow's Lee Knott nicely placed to save a header from Tony Constantinou.
At the other end, Tony Williams did well to deal with a low shot from Robert Anson.
Witham took the lead in the 29th minute when they were awarded a free kick near the touchline.
Mitchell Springett drove in a fierce shot that caused confusion in the goalmouth, and a somewhat lucky goal resulted, when the ball hit Gino Defeo on the back and went in.
Defeo should have scored two minutes later when he hit the post from close range with an open goal at his mercy, and just before half-time Lee Guiver was put through but Knott left his line to save well.
After the break, the visitors enjoyed a better spell but just as it looked as though Witham were going to end the season with another win, they left Jim Bradley unmarked to head in a brilliant equaliser in the 88th minute for a share of the spoils.
