There were some fast times in the St Ives '10' on Saturday, which resulted in a win for Stourbridge's Barry Chailey, in 19 minutes 39 seconds.
His clubmate Roger Iddles, was third in 19.44, with Leo's Neil Rothwell runner-up in 19.48.
Chelmer Cycling Club's Dave Nock's personal best 20.46, put him near the top of the list and improved on his 21.24, of last week, for another beating of the Chelmer CC's veterans 40-50 age record.
It also put him in striking distance of the overall club record of 20.30, which has held by Antony Stapleton since 1987.
Not content with this, Dave clocked another personal best (55.23) for sixth place in the Team Leigh '25' the next morning, also a new age record.
